Jessica Dene Earley-Cha (she/her) is a Developer Relations Engineer for Google Assistant. She has been teaching developers how to build voice applications and App Actions for over 3 years. She enjoys connecting with developers and future developers. Jessica is @WomenInVoice Advocate, former @WomenTechmakers & @gdg lead, former @girldevelopit & @Hackbright teacher. Before attending a software bootcamp in 2015, Jessica worked in the non-profit sector for over 10 years, working primarily with at-risk female youths and adults with mental health challenges.

Mahak is a ‘Strategy-Product-BD-Operations’ leader with ~7 years of experience in startups, venture capital and growth-stage global companies. Mahak specializes in growth strategy & execution, operations, closing strategic partnerships and product go-to-market strategy. Mahak has demonstrated rapid career progression with high level of responsibility at early stage companies and also mid-stage Corporate environment.

Luyan Chi, Staff Software Engineer & Tech Lead Manager @Google Assistant 

Experienced and enthusiastic in Conversational Voice AI domain who leads 3 teams of 20+ talented tech lead managers and engineers working on Actions on Google – Google Assistant (conversational AI) ecosystem platform.

Luyan’s team works on developer-facing APIs to enable multimodal (voice + visual) experiences, NLU (natural language understanding), conversation runtime dialog management.

Spandana Jaggumantri

Spandana Jaggumantri, UX Designer @Google Assistant 

I’m a UX designer based out of MTV campus. I have been working in the Google Assistant team for the past 3 years. I lead voice settings, overall assistant settings and in the past led proactive recommendation feature areas.

Before Google, I pursued MS in HCI in upstate New York, co-founded a company in India and worked for ~2 years before moving to the states from engineering.
