We are excited to invite you to the second event organized by the WiV Eastern Europe community!
After your widely positive response during our opening webinar, we would like to introduce you to our second speaker Natalia Kolodynska, Senior UX Designer at Talkie.ai.
Natalia will be talking about “User testing strategies for medical voice bots”. She will present some case studies from her practice and provide valuable insights into the questions of how important it is to create effective user testing for your medical voice bot project and its role in overcoming challenges like speech-to-text recognition and user retention.

As a Senior UX Designer, Natalia Kolodynska designs processes and interfaces to help people navigate the digital world. Currently, she works for Talkie.ai, a company that creates voice bots for the medical industry. In the past, she worked on designing solutions for e-commerce, automotive, security, and beauty industries, including such brands as Empik, Volvo, and Provalliance.

Michela Patrizi e Maria Vernuccio sono docenti alla Sapienza Università di Roma e si sono occupate dell’impatto di tecnologie vocali e assistenti vocali sul branding.
Durante questo evento le nostre ospiti presenteranno i risultati della loro approfondita ricerca sulle opportunità che portano gli assistenti vocali nella relazione tra i brand e i consumatori, esploreranno gli innovativi driver strategici e gli obiettivi di branding che il management dovrebbe porre alla base delle strategie di antropomorfizzazione, identificheranno le fondamentali determinanti della percezione di antropomorfismo nel brand.
Michela e Maria sono inoltre autrici di un recente libro “Innovazione nel branding e assistenti vocali. Dare voce e umanità alla marca” edito da MCGraw Hill.
